1 sudu teh | esen vanila |
Lapisan Cheese | |
250 gm | creamcheese |
120 gm | gula castor |
150 gm | uht whipping cream atau boleh guna fresh cream |
1 tbsp | gelatin |
Secukupnye (~60ml ) | air panas |
Chocolate Mousse | |
300 gm | whipping cream |
1 tbsp | gelatine ( cairkan dengan 60 ml air panas ) |
50 gm | serbuk koko |
100 gm | gula icing ( satukan dgn srbk koko bersama 1/2 cwn air suam dan jdkn pes ) |
Chocolate Ganache/topping | |
150ml | whipping cream |
350g | dark chocolate |
1 tbsp | butter - cairkan |
Masak bahan A dengan api kecil sehingga sebati atau gula hancur. Sejukkan.
Pukul telur bersama esen vanila hingga berbuih. Kemudian satukan dengan bahan A yang telah sejuk tadi. Kacau sebati.
