Ingredients

1 kg sotong
1/2 cwn beras pulut
200 ml santan pekat
4 cwn air
1 1/2 keping gula melaka

Instructions

Masukkan beras pulut ke dalam sotong kira-kira 1/3 dari badan sotong, kemudian cucukkan kepala sotong ke dalam badan sotong menggunakan lidi.
