Secukupnya | chocolate ganache |
Secukupnya | hazelnut chipsmore/hazelnut panggang |
Cairkan butter & sejukkan. Blend kering biskut marie hingga halus. Campurkan bahan blend dgn butter cair & gaul hingga boleh kepal.
Mampatkan dalam loyang loose. Letak dalam peti sejuk beku.

Masukkan gelatin halal dalam air panas. Biar hingga larut. (Kalo xlarut, boleh masuk microwave kejap or double boiled).

Gaul rata adunan whip cream, serbuk koko & gelatin dah larut dlm adunan creamcheese. kemudian masukkan hazelnut chipsmore yg dipatahkan & kacau lagi.

Keluarkan base biskut marie dari peti beku, tuangkan adunan cheesecake dlm loyang. Hentak2 perlahan & sejukkan 4 jam atau semalaman.
