Ingredients

6 ketul ayam(potongan kecil)
3 sudu besar serbuk kari
1 biji/3 biji/1 cm/3 biji bunga lawang/cengkih/kayu manis/pelaga
1 biji - sedang bawang merah (hiris)
1 1/2 ulas bawang putih (hiris)
1 biji kentang (belah 2 potong 1 cm tebal)
3 cawan air
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil gula
5 sudu besar minyak
