Tips

Petola manis dibuang kulit. Cendawan fungus boleh dihiris halus jika ada anak kecil yang makan kerana cendawan sedikit liat.

Ingredients

1 biji - potong bulat petola manis
200 gram - rendam cendawan fungus
1/2 cekak - rendam sohoon
1 camca besar - rendam, tumbuk udang kering
1 biji kiub pati ikan bilis
4 biji - hiris bawang merah
2 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1/2 camca kecil serbuk lada hitam
Secukupnya air
Secukup rasa garam
1 pokok - hiris daun bawang
1 camca besar bawang goreng

Tumis udang kering, bawang merah & bawang putih hingga harum. Tuang air separuh periuk.
