Learnt this recipe by myself, because I love wet butter. Be it chicken or prawn, the method is still the same.

Tips

You can add extra cili padi if you want it to be extra hot.

Ingredients

Bahan A
15 - 20 ekor saiz sederhana udang (buang kepala sahaja)
1 sudu teh garam
2 sudu teh lada sulah
2 sudu besar butter (untuk menggoreng)
Bahan B
1 biji saiz sederhana bawang kuning holland (dipotong)
3 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)
100 gm butter
Sekotak kecil susu segar dutch lady
2 tangkai daun kari
5 biji cili padi (dipotong kecil)
Secukup rasa garam
Secukup rasa gula
2 sudu teh tepung jagung
