Jika mahukan permukaan kuih agak garing,boleh tambahkan masa membakar dgn menggunakan api atas saja.

Ingredients

2 cwn tepung gandum
1/2 cwn gula
3 cwn santan
1 sdb perisa pandan @ blend daun pandan dgn sedikit santan
2 sdt pewarna hijau
1/2 sdt garam
100gm bijan
1 sdt esen vanila
1/4 cwn minyak

Campurkan kesemuanya kecuali bijan dan kacau hingga gula hancur atau blend pun boleh
