1 camca besar | kulit oren (orange zest) |
2 camca besar | kicap manis |
1 camca besar | madu |
1 inci - cincang | halia |
2 camca besar | tepung jagung |
Perap daging bersama bahan perap selama 30 minit.
Tumis serbuk lada hitam hingga naik bau, masukkan daging yang telah diperap. Kacau rata. (lebihan bahan perap JANGAN dibuang)
