1/2 kg daging (rebus dulu)
Sedikit saja asam jawa
3 sudu besar serbuk kari (bancuh dengan air)
Blend
3 bj bwg merah
2 bj bwg putih
1 inci kunyit
1 inci halia
2 btg serai
1 inci lengkuas

Panaskan sedikit minyak. Tumis bahan yang diblend hingga garing.
