1 genggam suhun
10 tangkai cili padi
1 kuntum bunga kantan
1 biji bawang kuning
2 biji bawang besar
1 cawan ikan bilis kecil
2 batang serai
2 helai daun ketumbar
2 helai daun sup
2 helai daun bawang
1 1/2 cawan air suam
1/2 cawan jus limau nipis
Secukupnya gula dan garam
