Jika suka masak lemak jenis tumis, tumbuk bawang besar, bawang putih & ikan bilis. Tumis dulu sebelum masukkan bahan lain.

Ingredients

1/2 biji - hiris kubis putih
1 biji - hiris cili merah
1 biji - hiris cili hijau
1 biji - hiris bawang besar
3 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1 camca besar - rendam ikan bilis
1 kotak + 1 kotak air santan
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Masukkan kubis putih, bawang besar, bawang putih, ikan bilis, cili merah & cili hijau ke dalam periuk. Kacau rata.
