Ingredients

1/2kg bebola daging
2-3 sdb gula
1 batang serai - ketuk
4-5 sdb air
1 sdb lada hitam
Secukupnya kicap manis
2-3 sdb sos cili
1-2 sdb minyak
Jika perlu garam
1 inci halia
Secukupnya air merebus

Instructions

Didihkan air dan halia hiris/ketuk, masukkan bebola kedalam air mendidih tadi dan rebus hingga lembut/masak,kira2 6-10 minit. Toskan.
