1 mangkuk ikan bilis
1 keping asam keping
2 cawan air
1sb sos cili
1sb kicap
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
10 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 labu bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
1/2 sk jintan manis
1/2 sk jintan putih

Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar. Masukkan asam keping & masak hingga pecah minyak. Pastikan betul pecah minyak.
