1/2 biji bawang besar
2 biji bawang putih (ditumbuk)
7 biji lada hitam (ditumbuk)
10 sudu besar cili giling
Secukupnya air
Secukup rasa garam
1 sudu teh minyak masak
1/2 biji limau kasturi
