2 cawan kacang tanah
8 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
2 inci isi cekur
1 inci belacan
1 1/2 camca besar udang kering, rendam 10 minit dan toskan
10 tangaki cili kering, kerat dan cuci, toskan
10 - 15 biji cili padi (optional)
Secukupnya air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam dan gula
2-3 ketul tauhu
3-5 keping daun limau purut
