Sebiji/1 sudu teh bawang putih/serbuk bawang putih
100 gram dada ayam
2 inci lobak merah
5 kuntum brokoli
4 cendawan
4 batang bendi
2 sudu bawang goreng
500ml air
Secukup rasa garam
Secukup rasa serbuk lada hitam
