Tips

Jgn lupa baduh hati dgn asam jawa dan tepung gandum. Hati akn jadi kurang berbau dan sedap dimkn.

Ingredients

500g hati lembu
8 tangkai kacang panjang (dipotong)
3 ulas bwg putih (ditumbuk)
1 biji bwg merah (dipotong)
1 inci halia (ditumbuk)
8biji cili padi hijau (ditumbuk)
2biji cili merah (dihiris)
5 sudu kicap lemak manis
1 pcs kiub ayam
Secukupnya minyak
2 sudu kunyit

Bersih dan potong hati lembu nipis2. Gaulkan dgn garam dan kunyit kemudian goreng dan ketepikan.
