1/2 bird | chicken-cut into small pieces |
3 cloves | garlic-sliced |
1 large size | onion-sliced |
Few | cili padi |
To taste | kicap lemak manis |
To taste | salt/chicken powder |
A pinch | white pepper |
Marinate the chicken with some salt/chicken powder and white pepper and deep fried it become 90% cooked.
Saute the garlic following the onion and cili padi.
