200gm daging(dihiris nipis)
Sebiji bawang kuning(dihiris nipis)
2 biji bawang merah(dihiris nipis)
2 biji bawang putih(diracik halus)
3 sudu besar kicap manis
2 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos blackpaper
1 sudu teh serbuk blackpaper
Secukup rasa. garam
100ml air

Tumis bawang putih,bawang merah dan bawang besar sehingga naik bau.
