Jika menggunakan kentang putih, ia hendaklah digoreng kerana tekstur kentang putih yang lembik. Kentang kuning boleh direbus seperti dalam resepi kerana ia lebih padat.

4 biji kentang kuning
1 tin ikan tuna
2 cmb bawang goreng
1 cmb daun sup
1 cmt serbuk lada hitam
1 biji telur
Secukup rasa garam
