10 ekor ikan bilis
1 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
4 cawan air
1 sk lada hitam
4 sb minyak masak
1/2 sk(secukup rasa) garam
Secukup rasa ajinamoto

Cendawan tiram disiat kecil, cendawan hitam kering direndam, ikan bilis dikopek,bawang putih dan merah dihiris, lada hitam ditumbuk kasar.
