1. Lembutkan daging dgn sudu mcm saya share dlm tips.

2. Kenakan dengan daging goreng, memang terbaikk.

Ingredients

Secukupnya daging potong nipis
1 atau 2 keping asam keping
Secukupnya garam
2+2 cawan air
3 ulas bawang merah*
3 ulas bawang putih*
1 inci halia*
1 sudu besar ketumbar*
Sedikit kunyit hidup*
1 tangkai cili hidup

Lembutkan daging (kaedah mati air) dengan masak dalam periuk api sederhana perlahan bersama 1 keping asam keping dan garam.
