Telur mata masak sehingga kuning telur agak keras, kalau cair nanti pecah dalam masakan akan jadi likat.

Ingredients

4 biji telur mata kerbau
3 sudu besar cili giling
1 sudu besar sos cili
3 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
3 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
Secukup rasa garam & gula
