4 crabs | crab |
6 table spoons | blended dried chilli |
3 pucuk | curry leaves |
5 chillies | cili padi |
2 table spoon | blended onions |
3 tea spoon | salt |
2 tea spoon | sugar |
2 table spoon | chilli sauce |
First you have to fry the crabs. Leave it and start making the spicy sauce.
Cook the blended onions together with the blended dried chillies. Make sure 'pecah minyak'.

Lastly, stop the heat and add up the fried crab, mix up to make sure the sauce is sauted perfectly.
