Tips

Garam dimasukkan selepas api ditutup untuk mengelakkan soong menjadi liat. Jika garam dimasukkan awal ia akan menyedut air keluar dari sotong maka sotong akan kenyal.

1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
3 cm halia
3 cm kunyit hidup
9 biji cili padi
1/2 cawan air
