Tips

Boleh gantikan udang dengan isi ayam. Fungsi tepung gandum supaya tauhu tidak pecah sewaktu digoreng.

Ingredients

10 ekor dihiris nipis isi udang *
5 ketul dihancurkan tauhu *
3 labu didadu bawang kecil *
Dihiris halus daun ketumbar/bawang*
1-2 batang dihiris halus cili hidup*
5-6 sudu tepung gandum*
Sedikit garam*
2 biji dipukul telur ayam
Secukupnya minyak
