4 biji bawang merah(kisar)
1 biji bawang putih (kisar)
Sedikit halia (kisar)
20 batang ciki kering (kisar)
Setengah cawan air asam jawa
1 batang serai
Sedikit gula
Sedikit garam
Sehelai daun kesum (carikkan)
2 helai daun limau purut (carikkan)

Tumiskan bahan kisar sehingga cili masak,masukkan serai.setelah naik minyak,masukkan air asam jawa,daun kesum dan daun limau purut.
