Jika menggunakan daging biasa perlu direbus dahulu untuk melembutkannya.

Ingredients

1 pek mee kuning
300 g daging batang pinang
5 keping kecil tauhu ikan
3 pokok sayur sawi
1/2 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 senduk cili kisar
2 cmb kicap mee
Secukup rasa garam
3 helai daun bawang
