Ikan
2 ekor ikan tongkol
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya air
3 keping asam keping
Sambal
1 cawan cili giling
2 biji bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inch halia
Secukupnya gula dan garam
Secukupnya minyak

Instructions

Ikan

Ikan tongkol dipotong.
Rebus ikan tongkol bersama air, garam, asam gelugor hingga ikan masak. Angkat dan tuskan.
Goreng ikan hingga sedikit garing.
