Ikan tamban boleh diganti dengan ikan bilis.

Ingredients

5 papan petai
1 genggam ikan tamban
2 bijj cili api
2 biji cili hijau besar
1 biji bawang besar
1 sudu besar minyak masak
Secukup rasa gula dan garam
1 ulas bawang putih

Petai dipotong dua bersama kulit. Hiris bawang besar, bawang putih, cili api dan cili besar hijau.
