Slice daging nipis2, perasakan dgn garam n kunyit n goreng sekejap. Jangan smpai garing kejap je. Kalau goreng lame2 nanti daging jadi keras.
Sambil goreng daging tu blelh potong kentang,belah 4 potong kcik2.... goreng gak dalam minyak goreng daging tadi,bio ade rase daging melekat..
