2/3 helai | daun pandan disimpul |
Cairkan 100g gula untuk dijadikan karamel hingga perang, perlahan2 tuang sedikit air panas untuk larutkan karamel.

Bole bubuh pewarna sikit jika suka. Panas2 tuang kedlm bekas n sejukkan. Simpan dlm fridge.
