Prepare your own breadcrumbs and mix with your favourite herbs!

Ingredients

2 keping	ikan dori
1 biji	telur (putih sahaja)
1/2 cawan	tepung gandum
1/3 cawan	bread crumbs
Sedikit	dry oregano & basil

Instructions

1: Bersihkan ikan,tos & lap dengan kitchen paper. Tabur sedikit garam ke atas ikan.

2: Untuk bread crumbs, boleh campurkan dengan herbs kegemaran seperti basil dan oregano.

3: Sediakan telur putih yg sudah dipukul, bread crumbs dan tepung dlm bekas yang berasingan. Kemudian celup ikan dalam tepung,telur putih & bread crumbs.
