Segenggam udang kering (rendam sampai lembut)
1 ketul kiub ikan bilis
2 pokok sawi bok choy (potong)
1 btg lobak (hiris)
Secukup rasa garam, gula, serbuk perasa
Secukup rasa sos tiram
Secukup rasa sos cili
5 biji telur
Secukupnya untuk hiasan daun sup hiris, daun bawang hiris, limau kasturi
