2 kg kupang segar, cuci 2 - 3 kali hingga bersih dan toskan
2 ulas bawang putih, hiris halus
2 batang serai, dititik
1/2 cawan air
Secukup rasa garam

Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali besar. Tumis bawang putih dan 1 camca teh garam, hingga berbau harum.
