Untuk mengekalkan kegaringan ikan bilis, tempe & kacang goreng, masak sambal hingga kering.

Ingredients

1 bungkus tempe (dipotong nipis)
1 genggam ikan bilis dibersihkan
1/2 genggam kacang tanah
1/2 labu bawang besar
4 tangkai cili kering (direbus)
1 sudu kecil cuka
1 sudu besar sos cili
Secukup rasa gula & garam

Goreng hingga garing tempe, ikan bilis & kacang tanah secara berasingan. Ketepikan.
