Ingredients

1 1/2 sudu besar minyak masak
10 ekor - buang kulit udang
1 biji - potong baji zucchini
1 tin - potong 4 cendawan butang
4 biji - hiris baby carrots
5 hiris halia
Bahan Brown Sauce:
1 sudu besar sos tiram
5 sudu besar air
1 sudu kecil gula
1/2 sudu kecil minyak bijan
Secukup rasa garam
