1. Kalau suka masam, boleh tambah jus limau.

1 mangkuk air
1 pokok sawi
1/2 batang lobak merah
3 batang kacang panjang
1 sudu kecil stok ikan
2 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar kicap manis
