Ingredients

1 ekor ikan haruan
1 biji timun
4 sudu besar rempah kari ikan
1 tangkai daun kari
1/2 cawan santan pekat
Secukupnya air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Bahan Tumis
2 ulas bawang merah dihiris
1 ulas bawanh putih dihiris
2 cm halia dihiris
1 sudu kecil halba campur

Instructions

Panaskan minyak & masukkan bahan tumis. Apabila garing, masukkan rempah kari yg dibancuh dgn sedikit air & daun kari. Masak hingga pecah minyak.
