Ingredients

I kg daging tempatan
8 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1inci lengkuas
2 sudu besar cili boh
3 sudu besar sos tomato
3 sudu besar rempah kermok
250 ml susu cair
50ml minyak masak
150 gm bawang goreng
1 helai daun pandan
100 gm gula melaka
20 gm asam jawa
1 sudu kecil belacan

Kisar semua bawang, halia dab lengkuas.
