3 pokok - kerat pendek, asing batang & daun sawi bok choy
1 inci - hiris halia
Bahan Perap:
1/2 camca besar kicap manis
1/2 camca besar tepung jagung
Bahan Sos:
1/2 camca besar sos tiram
2 camca besar air
1/4 camca kecil minyak bijan
Secukup rasa lada sulah
1 camca kecil cuka
1/2 camca kecil gula
