2 ulas - cincang bawang putih
1 biji - hiris bawang besar
1 biji - hiris cili merah
3 camca besar tepung jagung
Bahan Perap:
1 biji telur
1/2 camca kecil tepung jagung
Secukup rasa lada sulah
Secukup rasa garam
Bahan Beijing Sauce:
4 camca besar air
2 camca besar gula
1 1/2 camca besar sos tomato
3 camca besar hoisin sauce
2 camca kecil kicap cair
1 camca kecil sos tiram
2 camca kecil sos cili thai
2 camca kecil chili flakes
1 camca kecil minyak
1/2 camca besar cuka apple
1/2 camca besar cuka hitam
