Ingredients

Pasta
1 paket pasta san remo
Kuah Bolognese
2 paket daging/ ayam cincang
Potong dadu bawang besar 1 biji
Potong dadu tomato 1 biji
1 tin dihiris halus cendawan butang
7 ulas cincang atau tumbuk halus bawang putih
3 sudu minyak olive
1 botol besar sos prego
2 helai bay leaves
Secukupnya mixed herbs
Secukupnya lada hitam

Lembutkan daging. sambil tu rebus pasta. masukkan sedikit garam dan olive oil dalam air rebusan.
