Elakkan goreng ayam terlalu lama, supaya ayam tidak keras dan kering.

Ingredients

15 ketul ayam
1 batang kulit kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang
2 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 biji buah pelaga
5 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia
3 biji buah keras
1/2 cawan cili kering (dikisar)
1 cawan sos cili
1/2 cawan susu cair
1/2 cawan gula
Secukupnya garam
2 biji tomato
Secukupnya daun bawang / daun sup
