Eggless Chocolate Filled

Asalnya nak buat choc lava cake tp menggunakan resepi eggless choc cake. Pada mulanya ingatkan tak jadi tp bila rasa "Waaaahhh.. sedap!" :) Lebih kurang macam Twiggies Gardenia. Yang paling best sebab eggless so yang tengah tu bukan mentah tapi mcm filling choc. Sebab eggless juga maka sihatlah tubuh badan kita walau telan berbiji2. Hehe..

Tips

Boleh juga gunakan paper cup liners supaya lebih cantik.

Ingredients

1 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan serbuk koko
1 sudu kecil baking powder
1/2 sudu kecil soda bicarbonate
3/4 cawan gula pasir
1/2 sudu kecil garam
3/4 cawan air dari peti sejuk
1/2 cawan susu cair (sejukkan dalam peti dahulu)
2 sudu besar susu pekat manis
1/2 cawan minyak
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1 sudu besar cuka

Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 230°C.
