Tips

1. Jus limau boleh ganti dengan jus lemon.

2. Pastikan peralatan untuk membuat meringue kering dan bersih, tanpa ada setitik pon air, kuning telur dan minyak.

3. Untuk memudahkan cara nak keluarkan cheesecake dari loyang springform, celup tuala kecil dalam air panas, perah hingga kering dan lap kain yang panas tu keliling loyang. Baru dikeluarkan dari loyang.

4. Untuk mendapat potongan cheesecake yang cantik, tuang air panas dalam gelas tinggi, celup pisau dalam air panas dan lap dan terus potong cheesecake. Insyallah, cantik kejadian dia nanti.

Ingredients

Bahan Base Cheesecake
70 gm biskut cream o
30 ml unsalted butter (cair)
Bahan Rainbow Cheesecake
100 gm gula halus
250 gm cream cheese
2 biji telur saiz a
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
Sebiji jus limau nipis
5 sudu susu pekat manis
Secukupnya pewarna merah, hijau,biru,kuning, ungu
Bahan Meringue Cloud
3 biji putih telur (tanpa sebarang kotoran, air, minyak dan telur kuning)
80 gm gula castor
1 sudu tepung jagung
1 sudu cuka makan
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla

Blend kering biskut cream o hingga halus, gaul dengan unsalted butter dan padatkan dalam loyang springform. bekukan.

Pukul 3 biji putih telur sampai kembang & gebu (terbalikkan mangkuk & adunan x jatuh). Pastikan mangkuk mixer betul2 bersih dan kering.
