Ingredients

500 gram - hiris/potong kiub daging
2 batang - ketuk serai
2 helai daun limau purut
10 biji - ketuk cili padi merah
1 biji - belah 4 bawang besar
1 pokok - kerat pendek daun ketumbar
1 biji kiub pati tomyam
1 camca besar sos ikan
2 biji - perah jus limau kasturi
3 camca besar pes tomyam
2 cawan air
Secukup rasa garam
Bahan Sayur:
10 kuntum bunga kobis
10 kuntum - belah 2 cendawan butang
1 biji - belah 4 tomato
1 biji - hiris serong lobak merah
1 batang - hiris saleri
10 kuntum brokoli

Instructions

Didihkan 2 liter air, masukkan pes tomyam, kiub pati tomyam, daging, serai, daun limau purut, bawang besar & daun ketumbar.
