200 gram udang
200 gram sotong
1/2 biji lada benggala merah/hijau/kuning
Secukup rasa mix herbs/italian herbs
Secukup rasa black pepper
Secukup rasa garam
1 sudu teh chili flakes
3 biji sosej optional
Beberapa ulas bawang putih

Bersihkan udang dan buang kulitnya begitu juga sotong buang mata dan dakwatnya. kemudian potong sotong bulat-bulat.
