Tips

Tak perlu tambah garam dalam air rebusan kerana air asam sudah cukup masin.

Ingredients

3 ekor ikan temenung
1 keping asam keping
2 biji buah tomato
1 ulas bawang besar
1 tangkai cili merah
3 tangkai cili padi
2cm belacan
2 sudu besar air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Instructions

Didihkan air, masuk asam keping. Biarkan mendidih. Masukkan ikan yg telah dibersihkan. Apabila mendidih tutup api & toskan air.
