2 biji bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
8 sudu besar cili boh
4 sudu besaf sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 biji tomato
1 sudu kecil pes asam jawa
1 cawan air

Kisar bawang besar, putih dan halia. Tumis hingga naik bau.
